Soil Stabilization

Soil Stabilization

Andale Construction offers a variety of soil stabilization and full depth reclamation. Soil stabilization increases the strength of soil and controls it's shrink/swell properties, thus improving the load bearing and its capacity to support pavements and foundations. Soil stabilization products can be utilized on roadways, parking areas, site development projects, airports and many other situations where sub-soils are not suitable for construction.

Superslurry Cement Soil Stabilization

  • Environmentally friendly

Traditional Soil Stabilization

Traditional soil stabilization methods also can be achieved by Andale using various materials.

  • Dry Portland Cement
  • Class C Fly Ash
  • These materials are spread on the surface and mixed into the soil at the specified depth to create the indicated subgrade.

Full Depth Reclamation

Full depth reclamation (FDR), is a process that rebuilds worn out rock or asphalt pavements by recycling the existing surface and base. Old asphalt and base materials are pulverized and mixed to create a homogenous blend of material that serves as the base for the new surface.
