Andale Construction offers a variety of soil stabilization, and full depth reclamation.Soil stabilization increases the strength of soil and/or controls it's shrink-swell properties, thus improving the load bearing it's capacity to support pavements and foundations. Soil Stabilization can be utilized on roadways, parking areas, site development projects, airports and many other situations where sub-soils are not suitable for construction.

Traditional Soil Stabilization

Traditonal soil stabilization methods also can be achieved by Andale using various materials.

  • Dry Portland Cement
  • Class c Fly Ash
  • These materials are spread on the surface and mixed into the soil the specified depth to create the specified subgrade.

Full Depth Reclamation

Full depth reclamation (FDR), is a process that rebuilds worn out rock or asphalt pavements by recycling the existing surface and base. Old asphalt and base materials are pulverized and mixed to create a homgenous blend of material that can be used as base for the new surface.
